Maintain or enhance our physical fitness and general health. This is a general summary of what exercise is. As you may know, all of us exercise everyday be it walking to school, running after the bus or even playing catching during recess. Hence , we have created this resource to educate you on the different types , intensities of exercise and most importantly, the benefits of frequent exercise.We have created some resources such as an interactive presentation , some videos and a tiny activity for you guys to do.
