Feeling down, irritable or unable to concentrate​. Constantly worrying and being extremely pessimistic.This is a general summary of what stress is. Though it may seem simple but never judge a book by its cover. Stress is something that all of us will face in our lives. Especially you people, P5 and P6. Being seniors, we know how stressful in can get especially during the examination period.  Hence we have created some resources such as an interactive presentation , some videos and a tiny activity for you guys to do. We hope that through these resources we can help you cope with the stress during your P5 and P6 years.
