A healthy, balanced diet is one that helps to maintain or improve general healthy and well-being. This is a general summary of what nutrition is. Though it may seem simple but never judge a book by its cover. Nutrition consists of many things like the food that we should eat and the correct amount of food we should eat. We have created some resources such as an interactive presentation , some videos and a tiny activity for you guys to do.
We hope that after this you will be more informed on what nutrition and a balanced diet is and how to create a healthier diet for yourself to lead a better life.
